obor77 (referred to throughout this document as "obor77", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") operates as a premium international online betting and casino service. The platform offers sports betting — including football markets covering BRI Liga 1, the EPL, La Liga, the Champions League, and international fixtures — alongside live casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slot games, and other related betting products.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms, form the complete agreement between you and obor77 with respect to your use of the platform. Where any conflict exists between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence with respect to that promotion only.

obor77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice to active Members. Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this document:

To register and maintain an Account on obor77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. obor77 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years. Any Member found to be under 21 will have their Account immediately suspended and any funds returned in accordance with applicable law.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, corporation, or organization.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register operated by obor77 or any recognized third-party responsible gaming organization.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons acting under legal guardianship or lacking contractual capacity are not eligible to register.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of an employee of obor77 or any of its affiliated companies.
• Your use of the obor77 platform must not violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online betting is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

Each eligible individual may register only one Account on obor77. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document (e.g., Indonesian KTP or passport).
• A valid date of birth confirming you are at least 21 years of age.
• A valid email address to which you have exclusive access.
• A valid Indonesian mobile telephone number.
• Your current residential address within Indonesia.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. obor77 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

obor77 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons.

obor77 is committed to maintaining a secure platform and preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of this commitment, all Members are required to complete our KYC verification process before making their first withdrawal and, in certain cases, before specific account features are enabled.

KYC verification requires you to submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM). The document must be current and clearly show your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the past 9 0 days, showing your full name and current Indonesian residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., BCA mobile banking screen showing your account name and number, or OVO/DANA profile screen).

obor77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage, including enhanced due diligence documents for high-value accounts or accounts flagged by our fraud monitoring systems. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension.

All KYC documents are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy and are stored using 256-bit SSL encryption. Documents are never shared with unauthorized third parties.

Deposits: obor77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposit amounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within 5 minutes of successful bank confirmation. obor77 does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): typically within 5–15 minutes during WIB banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB); next-business-day processing may apply for requests submitted outside these hours.
• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): typically within 5 minutes, 24 hours a day.

obor77 reserves the right to carry out additional security and fraud checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Members may be required to submit KYC documents before a withdrawal is approved. We reserve the right to decline or reverse a withdrawal where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

All funds in your Account are held separately from obor77's operational funds. obor77 does not pay interest on Account balances. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 per month, applied until either the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the Member.

obor77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. The following general bonus rules apply across all obor77 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified Members aged 21 and above only. Bonuses will not be credited to unverified Accounts.
• Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Member, per household address, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonus Funds carry a standard wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted, unless a specific promotion states a different requirement.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account. Unused Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited at expiry.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute 20%–50%; togel bets typically contribute 100%. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• obor77 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected Members wherever practicable.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, through the use of multiple Accounts, or in breach of any of these Terms will be forfeited without compensation.

Seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events — such as Ramadhan deposit bonuses, Idul Fitri cashback events, and Indonesian Independence Day tournaments — are subject to additional terms published at the time of each promotion and are available only while the promotion is active.

The following general betting rules apply to all markets and games available on the obor77 platform. Product-specific rules (e.g., rules for togel, sabung ayam (live cockfighting), bandar bola (online football bookmaker) markets, or live casino games) are published separately within the relevant product section of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. obor77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been submitted and accepted by the platform's system.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. These limits may vary by market, event, and Member account tier.
• obor77 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a manifest error, system malfunction, or erroneous odds. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the Member's Account.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or game, obor77's decision — based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body — shall be final and binding.
• Live betting markets are offered on a wide range of events, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, the Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia international fixtures. Live odds are updated in real time; the odds at which your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply, regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager for enhanced odds. All selections within a mix parlay must be correct for the bet to win; a single incorrect selection results in the entire bet being lost, unless a specific consolation rule applies as stated in the product rules.

obor77 enforces a strict policy of not extending credit, issuing bonuses, or sending promotional communications to Members who have activated a self-exclusion or cool-off period. Members on self-exclusion may not register a new Account for the duration of the exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the obor77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Using the platform to launder money or fund any unlawful activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the platform's software or infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward obor77 staff or other Members.
• Placing bets on behalf of any third party, including as part of a syndicate arrangement, unless expressly permitted in writing by obor77.

All content on the obor77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of obor77 or its licensed content suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of obor77.

The obor77 brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of obor77. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, obor77, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if obor77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any of its features, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, cyberattack, or force majeure events.
• Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in odds, game results, or statistical data displayed on the platform, where such error is corrected promptly upon discovery.
• Any losses arising from the unauthorized access of your Account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

In no event shall obor77's total aggregate liability to any Member — for any cause and regardless of the form of the action — exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by obor77's negligence, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by law.

obor77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security audits — to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

obor77 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unauthorized third parties. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors (e.g., BCA, BRI, OVO, DANA), fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities strictly to the extent necessary for the operation of the platform and compliance with applicable law.

obor77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as modifications to eligibility criteria, withdrawal policies, or Member rights — obor77 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to active Members via email or an in-platform notification.

Non-material amendments (such as grammatical corrections, formatting updates, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may take effect immediately without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the obor77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact our support team to arrange the withdrawal of any remaining balance and the closure of your Account.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming and betting platforms.

obor77 operates as an internationally licensed platform. It is each Member's responsibility to ensure that their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction of residence, including any restrictions on online betting activity. obor77 makes no representation that access to its services is lawful in any specific jurisdiction.

Any disputes arising between a Member and obor77 shall first be referred to our customer support team for informal resolution. Where informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules, with proceedings conducted in English.
